OnboardingExecution Loop5-Min Start

Quick Start in 5 Minutes

This page is designed to start execution before deep setup. You can begin the full loop in five minutes: create > prioritize > time block > close with complete/carry-over.

If you have a Google account, signup and login are done in one click. Start the execution loop from Step 1 right away.

STEP 1 · 1-2 min

Create tasks, then reorder by drag-and-drop

Write down today’s tasks first, assign A/B/C/D, then drag cards using the right-side handle to set execution order. Start with order, not perfect categorization.

  • Only one folder can be assigned per task, so pick the single best-fit folder.
  • If order is hard to decide, lock one A task first and start the rest as B/C.
Start by fixing order in today’s column so meaningful work starts first.

STEP 2 · 1-2 min

Reserve time in Time View

Assign real time blocks to top-priority tasks. Even 1-3 blocks of 30-90 minutes gives your day a concrete execution frame.

  • Block A tasks first, then place B tasks around remaining capacity.
  • Mobile Time tab follows the same flow for quick checks on the go.
Once blocks are reserved, tasks move from intention to actual schedule.
The same schedule is visible on mobile for lightweight daily adjustments.

STEP 3 · 1 min

Check completed work and close the day

Mark finished tasks and close the day with clear status. Daily closure is what keeps the loop maintainable.

  • Completion checks reduce next-day decision overhead.
  • If a task won’t be done, close it explicitly with cancel/delegate.
A small completion check is the key action that closes the execution loop.

STEP 4 · 1 min next morning

Carry over unfinished work, then add today’s new tasks

Start from unfinished work copied into the new day, then add only 1-3 new tasks. This keeps startup simple and realistic.

  • If carry-over is heavy, reduce new additions and clear backlog first.
  • A 5-minute loop each day can materially change completion consistency.
Open the copy action at the bottom, pick yesterday in the calendar, and continue unfinished flow into today.
