How FocusFirst Handles Personal Data

1. Data We Collect

To provide the service, we process account email as required information. Name is optional profile data. When OAuth sign-in is used, provider identifiers and basic profile attributes may also be processed.

For service reliability and security, access logs, error logs, and baseline usage events may be processed.

2. Why We Use Data

• User identification, authentication, and account security
• Task and scheduling features, including user-requested actions
• Error analysis, abuse detection, and reliability improvements
• Support response, legal compliance, and dispute handling

3. Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. Once withdrawal is requested, the account is deactivated promptly and fully deleted within 30 days under operational procedures.

Access and error logs used for security operations are retained for up to 3 months (about 90 days) and then deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use AWS (infrastructure/logging), Cloudflare (email routing), and Google AdSense (ads) to run the service. We do not share data beyond what is required for operations, and detailed internal security implementation is not publicly disclosed.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Include your account email and request type (access/correction/deletion). Requests are handled after identity verification.
