  • Before live usage, validate behavior with 1-2 test tasks.

Topic-by-Topic Guide

Topic 1

Today's List Setup Procedure

Do not pull full weekly backlog in the morning. Keep only startable tasks for today.

A lighter list makes status updates and schedule adjustments much faster.

  1. Keep A tasks to 1-3.
  2. Leave others as B/C and add only when needed.

Topic 2

Daily Screen Checkpoints

Scan today's column for done/in-progress/pending items to see remaining load at a glance.

If status updates are delayed, finished work still looks pending.

Related Screens

Check and update today's list quickly.

Topic 3

Mid-day Edit Procedure

When priority/time/folder changes, update directly in Task Details and save.

Do not leave blocked items unresolved. Move to carry-over/delegate/cancel quickly.

Topic 4

Schedule Delay Response Procedure

If you cannot keep the planned slot, edit or clear it and re-place in a realistic window.

Forcing impossible slots only makes the schedule look busy while execution drops.

Related Screens

Edit start/end or clear assignment directly.

Topic 5

Daily Closing Routine

Before day end, separate immediate next-day starts from delayed items.

Repeating this routine daily reduces next-morning decision overhead.

Troubleshooting

  • When screen looks different

Check view mode, date range, and filter state before retrying.

  • When edits are not reflected

Verify save action first, then refresh the page and check again.
